Strawberry Festival set for April 27 in Calera

The third annual Strawberry Festival is coming up this weekend in Calera!

The Strawberry Festival will be held at the Calera Farms Market on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in Oliver Park. The park is located at 9758 Hwy 25, Calera, Alabama 35040.

The 2013 season for the Calera Farmers Market starts June 4 and will be open every Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the summer at Oliver Park.

Brad Paisley to play at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater

Country star Brad Paisley will be performing at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater this summer as part of his Beat the Summer tour. Paisley will be joined by special guests Chris Young and Lee Brice.

The concert will be on Friday, June 14 at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
